This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Planner. The Transport Planner will be responsible for day-to-day transportation planning and operations management. MUST HAVE:
Min 4-5 years’ experience planning experience, including planning both UK and Ireland deliveries
Understanding of UK import/export experience
Understanding of port processes
Experience in Container and Curtain planning, including the container Hubs (DP World eg) and releases
Working with clients generating additional revenue opportunities
Knowledge on WTD and EU drivers rules
Driver management experience

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Planner is responsible for efficiently scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements for the plant.
