An ambitious, proactive and detail focussed Mortgage Case Manager is required to provide a first-rate administrative support service to a multi-award-winning team of professional mortgage advisers with a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service. What we do in the Operations Team
We provide solutions for our customer's procurement and technical needs throughout all stages of their projects. Public procurement is legislated and for projects that are over the Government set thresholds for works, services and goods procurement can be lengthy, a drain on our customers' resources and expensive. That's why we offer more efficient routes to market that are quicker, easier but most important of all, compliant with the legislation.
There are four key areas of the operations team here at SEC.
Technical Team
Our technical team offer expertise, advice and services to help prepare our customers for their upcoming project. They create specifications, cost models, provide advice on asset management, leasehold consultation, review pricing that's received from tenders, offer market intelligence on trends and patterns and market conditions and they offer training on contract management, schedule of rates plus lots more.
Procurement Products
Our offer is based upon providing ease, options and value and one of our unique selling points is that we'll always make sure we're compliant and so are our customers.
We procure frameworks covering a wide range of different disciplines from decarbonisation, internal and external building works, consultancy services and compliance. Frameworks provide a faster route to market for our customers because once we've procured the framework we've completed a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of the over threshold procurement stage. We create specifications and cost models, and assess the quality and financial standing of our suppliers to create a shortlist - meaning our customers can be safe in the knowledge that we've tested the market and utilised our buying power through our reputation within the sector.
Procuring a framework can take anywhere from 12-18 months which is also the same amount of time that our customers could take with their own over threshold procurement projects. So we've completed the hard work for them!
We also create dynamic purchasing systems or dynamic markets that allow more specialist suppliers to be accessed by our network. These are dynamic as they allow for suppliers to be added at any time and also means our customers can ask their preferred suppliers to join it so they can then bid for opportunities that are advertised on the relevant dynamic model.
Procurement Projects
Our customers benefit from our frameworks and dynamic models as they can then complete a mini competition or direct selection with our selected suppliers that have been tested for suitability and quality. A direct selection process can be completed in as little as 3 weeks and a mini tender can be completed within 12 weeks - which saves them a lot of time and money overall.
Our customers benefit from our procurement expertise, support and advice throughout the procurement process, and we help them throughout all stages including pre, during and post procurement. Our aim is to act as an extension of our customers' teams offering advice on tender documentation, evaluation processes, assisting with moderations and finalising awards in a relationship-centric approach.
Procurement Strategy
Our vast network includes lots of different stakeholders from different organisations meaning we collaborate with them and seek different ways to grow and improve our offer. Our aim is to be innovative and create solutions for customers and help our sector tackle the various challenges they face.
We do this by attending different working groups, meeting and connecting with external stakeholders and partners, moving towards obtaining our Gold Standard Accreditation, delivering training on procurement, working with government departments on influencing and shaping policy and reviewing external factors to help inform our customers and revise our own strategy and offer.

The Role of the Domestic Service Engineer
As a Domestic Service Engineer, you will be servicing domestic boilers, mostly within the warranty period.
All jobs are pre-booked and will be sent across the day before.
You will be completing around 4-6 appointments per day.
As an Engineer you will be home based and go straight to appointments, with some phone calls and teams meeting each month with the line manager as required - so a role with significant autonomy and trust.
You will also be supporting the sales team as and where required with product training and may be asked to attend sales meeting if your specialist knowledge is required.

You will ensure that our property in Manchester is well managed and an attractive place for our tenants to be based and that they operate in accordance with our ethical and environmental principles.You will be based in Manchester, at The Green Fish Resource Centre, where you will be responsible for day-to-day management.
You will be part of the North and Midlands Regional team and will be supported in your role by the Regional Manager. You will network with other colleagues across the Company, including those based in our head office in Oxford, and will participate in the property managers’ forum meetings.

The Post
Property Management responsible for:
• Being the first point of contact for tenants, maintaining excellent communication with tenant organisations• Ensuring that the building is presented to a high standard at all times.• All building-related issues, communicating these effectively to contractors and ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of building-related problems.• Procuring and implementing contracts for routine maintenance for plant/machinery and services and for carrying out routine periodic testing of fire systems, legionella prevention, etc.• Facilities management, such as cleaning (including the line management of our Cleaners), fire safety systems, security systems, waste and recycling provision, liaising with our IT provider Oryx Align, and internal signage.• Compliance with Health and Safety legislation including risk assessments, fire risk assessments, testing of health and safety systems and equipment.• Approving invoices• Ensuring centre documentation is adequately maintained, including Codes of Practice, Building Logs, Periodic Inspection sheets, and Plant Service and Maintenance documentation.• Managing moving in/out of tenants, and showing prospective tenants around the building.• Any other duties related to the management of the properties in your area as required.
Environmental Reporting and Utilities Management responsible for:• Liaising with colleagues, as required, on the production of utility usage charts and environmental performance charts.• Identifying potential usage issues with Property Managers and/or Centre Managers.
Other responsibilities include:
• Attending regular Property Manager meetings and other company-wide events, such as; the Employee Conference, Equality and Diversity training, Company Induction Days, etc.• Other duties as required, in line with the role.

Contractual DetailsThis is a permanent role with a three-month probationary period. Benefits include 25 days holiday entitlement (pro-rata) in addition to statutory public bank holidays. The post is part-time working 28 hours a week split across four days a week. The salary is £21,840 pro rata (£32,760 full time equivalent).

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout. Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.
