Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001). Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. 5-10 years of Facility and Process Engineering experience. Experience managing capital projects required. Experience is Engineering Management. PHA and "Process Safety Management" experience a positive.

Undertake detailed building services (including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sustainability) design and calculations (using both software and knowledge to verify robust calculations)
Ensure service and project work are carried out to an excellent standard - within agreed deadlines and within budget
Prepare technical specifications and schedules, design development reports and innovative design solutions
Plan and manage input to Building Information Modelling software for production of design work
Use Building Information Modelling software to design engineering services on projects through learning from colleagues and in house training
Represent the company as part of a team by attending design team meetings or meetings with clients and architects

The Apprenticeship training will be completed at London South Bank University - Southwark Campus
You will attend University 1 day per week
Training Outcome:
Upon completion, all apprentices are offered an Engineer grade contract upon completing their End Point Assessment
