This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, collect, analyse data, and prepare reports that present progress and outcomes towards our organisational goals and strategic plans.
You will maintain data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Trust’s commitment to providing high-quality education and support services.
By nature of the responsibility, the following list is not exhaustive but is a guideline as to the main requirements of the role. The Apprentice Data Officer must be willing, flexible and prepared to carry out reasonable tasks not necessarily covered within this job description.
General Duties
To assist in collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
To use statistical tools and software to analyse data and identify trends and patterns.
To support the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.
To conduct preliminary data analysis and generate reports.

To collaborate with the AI, Business and Data Analyst, the wider Quality, Business Change and Innovation Team and the services leads to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Support the AI, Business and Data Analyst to collaborate with both internal and external professionals to gather insights and understand the objectives and scope of AI and data management.
To ensure data integrity and accuracy complies with the guidelines of General Data Protection (GDPR) and other legislative regulations and standards.
To assist in the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
To stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management.
To utilise the advancements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to underpin data collection, management and reporting.
Individual Learner Records (ILR) Data Management:
Support the AI, Business and Data Analyst and appropriate service leads to ensure the collection, maintenance, and analysis of ILR data throughout the academic year, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress and compliance with educational standards.
Management Information Systems (MIS):
Work collaboratively with the AI, Business Data Analyst and IT Technical team to utilise Trust wide MIS, identifying support and training needs, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective use of the system to meet the Trusts data management needs.
Safeguarding
All staff have a responsibility and duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils. Staff must be aware of the systems within the trust which support safeguarding and must act in accordance with the trusts safeguarding & child protection policy and code of conduct. All staff must complete mandatory safeguarding training.
Training
The Apprentice Data Officer may, from time to time, be required to undertake training relevant to the key objectives and responsibilities of the Trust. There are mandatory training requirements that must be completed via Educare.
Working Relationships
The Apprentice Data Officer has a day-to-day working relationship with all departments and is required to cooperate fully with all members of staff and senior managers. A strong customer service focus is essential.
The Apprentice Data Officer will be a creative and dynamic individual who is detail-orientated and a confident communicator. You will have a flair for creating solutions-based systems that enable data to be readily available, accurate and accessible. Training:Expected duration: 18 months .

• Manage design team and key subcontractors during PCSA.
• Agree and complete all consultant appointments.
• Provide pre-construction advice when required.
Requirements
• Lead and manage the development and delivery of all design aspects of a project.
• Manage the design process including the set-up of all systems and tools used to facilitate and monitor design progress.
• Manage all design meetings and production of a design issues schedule to resolve all issues identified.
• Manage site document control systems to facilitate the flow of information.
• Set up, agree, and finalise consultant appointments including scope of services and design programme.
• Establish, monitor and manage site design and procurement programme cognizant of quality standards and processes.
• Develop and agree Information Required Schedule including deliverables and design release dates.
• Produce detailed Design Responsibility Matrix to ensure clear split between consultant and subcontractor design.
• Provide input in the procurement process including the work package scope of works and
defining the subcontractors design deliverables.
• Review all design information to ensure compliance with ERs, buildability, co-ordination, cost control and change control.
• Manage design change control.
• Ensure buildability, cost effectiveness and high standard of finish as required.
• Manage the review and status of all design information.
• Manage the submission of information to the Client team including resolving any queries/issues from the Client team.
• Manage the collation and submission of all design information for statutory approval including building control and planning. Manage the resolution of any queries to satisfy the local authority’s needs.
• Train/mentor site staff in design management.
• Ensure that reporting on design is completed accurately and on time.
• Understand the Employer’s Requirements and communicate these to the project team.
• Management and coordination of documentation required to achieve Practical Completion.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• Background in design, construction and delivery process including design management.
• Knowledge of design principles and experience in project delivery.
• Commercial and financial understanding in the above context – ability to contribute to value enhancement as part of the design process.
• Experience in construction, including a sound knowledge of construction methodology, process and sequence.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate design related documents such as the drawings,
schedules and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate design issues between varying elements of the project and the relevant parties.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent. Recognized disciplines include; Engineering, Building, Design Management or similar building related studies.
• Professional memberships; CIOB, RICS, CIBSE or similar affiliation.
• SMSTS or similar safety test
• CSCS card

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The intern will participate in the standard corporate summer internship program and gain general knowledge and experience within all aspects of the Tremco CPG career and support pathways. The intern will help support the following functional areas: Systems, Production, Inspections and Program Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This intern will learn and help support a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to: Developing training documentation Data gathering, research, tracking and cleanup Will learn different softwares such as, Monday.com, Smartsheet, OLI, Olympia, possibly Salesforce and SAP, to support assigned tasks. Will also help create, track, update projects, programs or account information across four functional business areas Will assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Active college students eligible. This internship may be of more interest to students with studies related to any one or all of the following: Business Administration, Business Management, Project/Construction Management, Finance/Accounting.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Common Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point would be helpful but are not required for success. This intern will be trained in the software required to perform assigned tasks.
COMPENSATION:
This internship will run for approximately 8-10 weeks during the summer, beginning in June and concluding in August. The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17 and $21.50. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
