The Role of the Machine Sales Manager:
As Machine Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the UK-based sales team and driving revenue growth for construction equipment, used machines, and material handling equipment across 11 African territories.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of three direct reports.
Drive international sales by developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and buying offices.
Negotiate contracts and close deals for both new and used machinery.
Liaise with internal teams to support pricing, tenders, and market intelligence.
Monitor competitor activity and ensure CRM systems are up to date.
Manage departmental budgets and P&L with a revenue target of approx. $25m annually.
The Ideal Person for the Machine Sales Manager:
Inspirational leader with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong background in selling construction equipment.
Skilled negotiator with experience managing key accounts.

Achieve the best possible outcome through a person’s medicines by managing, ordering, receiving, maintaining and supplying medicines and other pharmaceutical products safely, legally and effectively, whilst meeting the regulatory standards.
Provide person-centred health advice to all patients, whether on prescription or over the counter, and refer them to other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Support the management of the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy, such as clinical governance, business operation and processes, and supervise other pharmacy staff.
Provide training to pharmacy and the wider healthcare teams, such as for new members of staff.
Maintain a quality service through auditing and evaluating the service and processes, and respond to feedback.
You will also gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3, equivalent to A level, which will enable you to register with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Collecting and distributing post for the property and finance departments
Monitor and manage the electronic post inbox
Record minutes at meetings and circulate to the relevant wider audience

Be involved in VAT return preparation and submission to HMRC
