Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide 1st line diagnosis of Computer faults on networked systems.
Carry out 1st line maintenance to all IT equipment and networks.
Assist with the configuration, maintenance and installation of all aspects of computer infrastructure to customer requirements.
Assist in high level computer network infrastructure documentation.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot all IT incidents to strict service level agreements.
Provide, when required, out of hours support and maintenance of the live infrastructure, including scheduled software/hardware upgrades.
Assist in the ordering and procurement of IT equipment.
Compile and maintain a repair and maintenance log.
Assist with telephone hardware faults and configuration issues

Key Responsibilities of Fleet Engineer:
- Manage and support seven commercial garages, ensuring consistent performance and high-quality workmanship
- Oversee fleet maintenance standards, compliance, and workshop best practice
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to optimise garage output
- Provide technical guidance to workshop teams and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to uphold strong working relationships
About You as Fleet Engineer:
- Proven experience as a Fleet Engineer, Workshop Manager, or similar role within the commercial vehicle sector
- Strong technical knowledge of HGVs and commercial fleet maintenance
- Confident leader with the ability to influence, guide, and improve multi-site teams
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence

Operate large format hybrid printers and flatbed CNC cutters along with other sign and display equipment
Understand job sheet instructions accurately and work in a timely manner
Liaise with fitters and other departments to make sure the job specification is met
Monitor the quality of the products, make improvements where possible and ensure deadlines are met
Support other departments such as litho, digital and mailing
Training:
You will receive a Level 3 Digital Press Technician qualification from the British Print Industry Federation (BPIF)
All training will be on the job with time allocated to do the necessary modules required for the course
The BPIF tutor will come to our premises once per month to go through the work but will also be on hand at any time to help with any queries
