During the first 3.5 years, you’ll rotate across multiple teams in our Southampton office, progressing from administrative work to hands-on paralegal responsibilities.
For the final two years, you’ll join our Trainee Solicitor cohort and have the opportunity to work in our other offices, Guildford, Woking, Richmond, central London, and Lymington. This gives you exposure to different working environments, a wider internal network, and a broad range of practice areas, from Corporate to Family to Medical Negligence. You’ll work closely with expert lawyers and a wide variety of clients, gaining a rich, well-rounded legal training experience.
Your study time matters too. You’ll work four days a week and dedicate one day to study, completing an LLB in Legal Practice and Skills with the University of Law before sitting the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations in your final year.
