Responsibilities
Production of technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings, specification, schedules) using Revit, in accordance with project standards and schedule.
Coordinating layouts and preparing tender & construction documentation for both medium and large-scale projects as part of a multi-discipline team.
Produce sketch / conceptual design for projects, including production of presentation material, under the direction of senior staff.
Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.
Contribute to the development of architectural standards and solutions.
Contribute to the development of effective working relationships are established and maintained with clients, suppliers and internal colleagues.
Comply with the Company's Quality Assurance procedures and assist in the review of standards and procedures to promote a continuing improvement in the service provided to the company's clients.
Liaising with Project Manager / Contract Administrator.
Site visits to provide construction and technical support.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Irish market.
Professionally qualified Architectural Technologist with professional experience in complex projects.

Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems. This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for the purpose of repairing such systems. Work with internal customers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Technical Representative ensures proper application of Tremco CPG products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred. and 2-4 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Supervisor has the direct responsibility for leadership of the maintenance department as well as maintaining and upgrading the site facilities and production equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for the management of the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and direct maintenance projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration and implementation of technical activities. Support the HS&E, Quality and Service, and Productivity/Cost sections of the facility plan as defined by scorecard activities. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Manage the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program to ensure it reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Develop KPI's to track Maintenance performance. Support capital project requirements for review and submission to management including costs, schedule, and procedures. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Analyze annual utility expenditures and develop plan to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. Coach and manage employees using CS&W philosophy and tools to ensure talent is developed and retained. Transports totes to work areas as needed. Reviews and runs transactions in SAP daily to review customer orders. Ensure products are shipped per DOT regulatory requirements, including Bill of Ladings and product container labeling. Works with Logistic Production Planners & Schedulers regarding finished goods shipments. Monitors status of customer orders to ensure on time delivery is met. Communicate with customer service representatives regarding order delivery status. Assists in tracking inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Works with the production department to achieve optimal plant layout to improve workflows for production, shipping and receiving activities. Adhere to all quality, safety, security, health and environmental regulations and requirements. Update computer inventory system. Verify products are stored in the correct space. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to external customers (distributors, contractors, design teams, and building owners) and internal customers (sales representatives) as it relates to processing product orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxed requests. Handle large volumes of calls, emails, and faxes. Respond to all aspects of customers' and representatives' inquiries or requests (orders, product information, stock status, pricing, shipping information, samples, etc.) Accurately key orders into the system. Check stock availability to confirm orders. Make special requests such as color matching, special sales order process or (ERP) orders. Ensure all orders are shipped and invoiced promptly and accurately. Keep customer and/or sales representatives advised of anticipated ship dates and any delays regarding orders. Be proactive in communicating changes to orders. Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being serviced.
