The Production Supervisor will lead teams in mechanical assembly, soldering, cabling and wiring, ensuring high industry standards are consistently met.
Production Supervisor responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor production staff through the daily build of company products.
- Ensure all company specific procedures are followed and perform operator audits where necessary.
- Utilise the company skills matrix ensuring all operators are trained and developed inline with this.
- Assess technical issues and respond accordingly.
- Set and monitor all production related KPI's.
- Assist with any non-conformance reviews / investigations and implement appropriate actions.
Production Supervisor experience:
- Previous experience supervising within an electronics environment.
- Confident with technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Understanding of J-Standard, IPC, AS9100 standards are highly desirable.
- PC literate and knowledge of MS Office software packages.
- Excellent levels of communication skills both verbal and written.
- Motivated with a proactive attitude towards work and issues.

Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.
Maintaining accurate records of system maintenance activities and repairs.
