General Purpose: The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support on Euclid Chemical construction products offered to distributor, contractor and residential customers, company sales and marketing staff, as well as design professionals. This includes but is not limited to support via telephone, responding to electronic requests for product support, participating in customer sales training, and assisting in the development of new products and technical sales tools. Major Responsibilities:
