What You Will Be Doing
Lead a technical function as determined by the Company, concerning a specific remit of technology and/or infrastructure, across relevant markets and countries.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
At least eight years of demonstrable experience working in a communication service provider environment, either directly or indirectly.
Expert-level understanding of telecommunication and IP protocols (SIP-T/I, RSTP, SS7, SIGTRAN, IPSEC).
Solid understanding of PSTN and PLMN concepts, together with a working understanding of modern telecommunications infrastructure.
Experience with Ericsson IMS infrastructure is considered mandatory. Experience with Broadworks AS would be advantageous.
JCNIE or CCIE qualified. Equivalency will be considered.
The following functions will be within remit, but it is expected that operational activities will, in full or in part, be undertaken by specialist teams.

The Technical Communications Specialist provides administrative assistance to the Technical Services Department and technical support of the Sealants Division product line to Tremco sales representatives and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General understanding of product complaint process/WebCycle/SAP and ability to close out tasks in a timely manner. Assist in providing technical support for Dryvit product line, making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Answer Dryvit Mailbox /HubSpot inquiries. Acquire a general understanding and ability to communicate results of Project Testing methods/techniques - ASTM C794 (Tab Adhesion-and-Peel), ASTM C1193 (Tab Adhesion), ASTM C1248 (Stain) and ASTM C1087 (Compatibility). Assist with making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Develop the various cross-functional skill sets of individuals on your team within the Technical Services Department. Whilst your caseload grows you will be expected to assist other members of the team with dedicated tasks. All of their cases are multi-track.
