GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc). This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman. When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self- perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration. Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI. These areas include: Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc. Customer service Reporting compliance Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, planning, and results Personnel and process management All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance with: Toolbox Talk attendance DTA reporting Truck audits The goal of zero safety-related incidents on all projects
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial building enclosure, waterproofing, and concrete restoration. Must have proficient computer skills and can competently use Microsoft Office products. Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management. Must be able to travel extensively.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $95,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. My client is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Insurance team based at our Manchester Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Solicitor looking for a new challenge to join the Casualty team and progress their career, whilst bringing their skills and knowledge to a collaborative and professional team.
Whilst the role will be working to the fast-paced, customer focused and high standards of a law firm, the role will also provide a sustainable work-life balance and relate to the regional area in which it is based.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a supportive environment while handling a diverse caseload of Employer and Public Liability matters, including some Motor Claims.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving successful outcomes such as:
- Managing a varied case load of Defendant Insurance matters, primarily consisting of Public and Employer's Liability claims but potentially including some Motor Claims;
- Provision of written and verbal advice in litigated and non-litigated matters;
- Communications with clients, insurers, , opposing solicitors and Courts to progress files;
- Provision and supervision of value-added services e.g. client helpline calls/emails, legal surgeries, briefing notes etc.
- Supporting the Head of Department, Partners and other advisors on their own cases, and the delivery of the departmental strategy and business objectives;
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external business requirements including ISO:9001 quality control, SRA Principles / Code of Conduct, and Court & Tribunal deadlines;
- Monitoring and reporting on own financial and business performance, and of colleagues under the Solicitors management / supervision responsibilities, to deliver work in a profitable manner;
- Contributing towards internal continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing;
- Inter-departmental support and collaboration on joint files, projects and events;
- Contributing to the development of the departmental business plan;
- Building positive relationships with current/prospective clients and enhancing the Firms profile, to drive business growth;
- Contributing to business development including training events, articles/newsletters, Chambers & Legal 500 submissions etc.

The Person
They are looking for a motivated and skilled lawyer with a strong understanding of Insurance litigation processes who can develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to their clients.
They will be progressing applicants to the next stage based on their demonstrated knowledge, experience, and skills in:
- qualified Solicitor (or CILEX equivalent) with at least 4 years + PQE within Insurance;
- demonstrable experience and expert knowledge of Motor, Employers and Public Liability claims is essential;
- previous experience of advising local authorities and dealing with insurers;
- expert knowledge of CPR and Insurance litigation processes;
- previous experience of supervising other advisors, from Solicitors to Paralegals;
- experience of handling large projects and business development activities;
- strong presentation and client handling skills and be commercially astute;
- good knowledge of IT systems, to include all MS Office products and case management systems;
- excellent organisational and communication skills;
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
- the ability to supervise, manage, motivate and inspire others effectively;

The Role of the Territory Sales Manager
The main element of the role as the new Diabetes Care Manager/Rep is to promote and sell the blood glucose monitor, downloadable software and the pen needles.
You will be responsible for selling into GP's Surgeries, Meds Management and Hospitals.
Within this territory there will be a mix of account management and new business - 50/50 new/existing.
You will only really be targeted on revenue as the company and role is built on trust and integrity.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep. Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed. Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel. Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc. Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. Attend all required calls and meetings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling. Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control. Functional computer skills. Safety training and OSHA knowledge. Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
