The Role
You will be running a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and buy to let. You will have a paralegal to support you with the more administrative aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Run your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from start to finish
Build long lasting relationships with your client base
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts of sale and transfer deeds.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and financial institutions involved in the transaction.
About You
Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, and the firm will consider applications from non-qualified candidates who have long standing conveyancing experience.
Experienced with running a full conveyancing caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision
