The Role

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Residential Sales Apprentice to join our highly successful residential team in September 2025.
This role will be located in Stow-on-the-Wold.
The successful candidate will work with our specialist residential sales team, providing assistance with the day-to-day activities of the team whilst learning how to become a successful Sales Negotiator.
Day-to-day activities will include:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in the office
Learning the importance of client care
Registering applicants on to the Savills database (REAPIT)
Conducting regular focused call outs to applicants on Savills database
Arranging appointments
Assisting the sales team with viewings (you will progress to carrying out your own viewings)
Assisting with marketing activities
Provide office cover and assisting in the handover and collection of keys
General office administration including updating brochure displays and digital property matches, updating online pre pitch and post pitch documents
Experience and exposure to conveyancing process
Maintain records on a daily basis, prospecting applicants and archiving where necessary
Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries
Training:
15-month training programme (Junior Estate Agent Level 2). Full on the job training provided for all skills required
20% of working time will be dedicated to learning and study
Approximately, 1 day per month will be spent on classroom training with our training provider

The Role
You will be working in a team of 18 and working alongside experienced plot conveyancers who complete on thousands of plot sales every year.
