Here are some of the Responsibilities of the role, but no limited to;
Reviewing CCTV images of cars parked in violation of local site rules.
Validate Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) including potential fines versus approved user and exemption lists.
Undertake check-ups of vehicle ownership through the DVLA.
Create and post statutory notification letters to members of the public.
Coordinate of first line appeals and debt recovery to the point of being passed to a third-party stakeholder.
Scan of inbound post from members of the public.
Interpret enabling legislation and codes of practice.
Be the first line for the management of complaints.
Ensure process to apply Discounts and Exemptions are working correctly.
Monitor payment status of Penalty Charge Notices.
Complete Payment Management actions such as Refunds, Transaction Reversals and Redress Payments.
Utilise software programs such as Parkway and FGL.

Project manager role responsible for delivery of regeneration projects in the Old Kent Road Planning and Growth Team. Projects are funded by a combination of Future High Streets/Levelling Up, section 106 and council funds. The projects which the team are delivering include: refurbishment and landscaping of Bramcote Park, public at and lighting at the Old Kent Road railway bridge, pocket park on Murdock Street and renewal of listed mural at the former Kentish Drovers pub.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the delivery of redevelopment and community projects allocated and provide high-level professional, managerial direction and leadership input to make significant impacts within the borough.
Meet with business managers and stakeholders, attend management and relevant stakeholder and community meetings, briefings, workshops etc, driving forward change within the organisation, as part of a planned approach to communicating the programme process and securing support for projects objectives and delivery.
Manage capital projects, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and ensure that all commercial and technical performance standards are achieved.
Draw up and maintain project plans, covering all stages of project development and delivery, requiring the co-ordination of different service areas that may have significant impact on areas of the council’s operation and other related external services, while gaining the support of all participants through persuasion and negotiation.
Monitor and control the progress of projects, identifying and managing associated finances, risks and issues in accordance with best practice in project management principles, addressing and taking corrective action where required to ensure delivery against project plans.
Select project participants, with assistance from the Programme Manager; manage project team members and make a substantial contribution to the development of inter-agency working, to secure project achievement and influence future organisational arrangements. Project teams will normally include professional staff and specialists outside the post holder’s professional remit. Commission and manage the work of consultants to provide professional services on the project, as required.
Ensure internal and/or external funding sources for projects are identified and secured through funding bids and or approval processes, and manage project budgets and other financial resources associated with the project.
Contribute to the development or review of the council’s strategic plans affected by the redevelopment projects allocated to the post holder.
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualification in project management, construction, architecture, building surveying, (or similar equivalent), or an ability to show that the appropriate experience and knowledge has been achieved to undertake the range of duties
Ability to demonstrate full understanding of contracts and delivery in support of physical redevelopment schemes, e.g. building contracts, services contracts, leases, licences, party wall and/or similar.

This consists of 143 rostered 12 hours and 15 minutes shifts (usually between the hours of 6.45am to 7pm, 6.45pm to 7am) and one 6-hour training session.The Shift pattern is usually:

Key Responsibilities for this Quality Technician – Medical job are:
All aspects of manufacturing quality compliance (e.G. Goods in inspection, in process QC checks, final functional testing and analysing the results)
Reviewing batch records, ensuring error-free manufacturing and batch release
Creating/enhancing tooling descriptions, perform calibrations and ensuring calibration & maintenance log is updated and non-conforming tools removed from the manufacturing environment
Maintaining manufacturing KPIs, assessing the production process and creating quality checkpoints

Qualifications and Skills required for this Welwyn based Quality Technician - Medical job are:
A background in electronics and/or electro-mechanical assemblies is essential for this role, and experience with Quality management systems such as ISO13485, AS9100 or ISO9001
Electro-mechanical apprenticeship or similar higher education award in this or an associated area e.G., HNC, HND or Level 3 NVQ in a relevant area or higher desirable
Experience of electro-mechanical assemblies in medical device, aerospace, or defence sectors required
Experience in visual inspection and excellent eye for detail
Familiar with test/inspection equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters and digital callipers
Experience in Quality Control function such as inspection and measurement
Experience in highly regulated environment (healthcare, aerospace, defence)

KEY TASKS
As a CAD Designer Produce product designs, manufacturing methodologies, costings, and documents
Work closely with the technical team to understand the customer requirements/needs to find solutions utilising standard/existing products where possible.
Manage technical and sales projects as a CAD Designer
Will be required to quote parts during busy times or holiday in the technical department
To create and maintain records within the Company’s engineering policies in the ERP system
Required to manipulate customer CAD files for quoting
Ideally will have some experience with surfacing for press tool creation etc
Create engineering drawings for use both internally and externally
SKILLS REQUIRED
