Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as directed
Coordinate the booking and use of meeting rooms, equipment, and resources
Support central business functions through ordering goods and services and carrying out administrative research and enquiries
Assist with project administration, including updating spreadsheets, templates, and communications
Support health and safety processes by recording actions arising from routine checks
Help administer company vehicle checks, maintenance schedules, and defect reporting
Attend team meetings and contribute positively to team activities and service improvements
