10+ years with ITIL processes and industry best practices for application hosting
5+ years with Azure IaaS and PaaS experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education.

The Support Desk Technician (Apprentice) is the first point of contact for end users experiencing technical difficulties. Strong and confident communication skills are therefore of the utmost importance.
Your role involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and other computer systems, in a predominantly Microsoft Windows-based client base.

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting, and actively resolving end-user service desk requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain user expectations.
