About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fitter’s Mate to support our lead fitters on a full-time basis.This role is ideal for someone practical and keen to learn. Carpentry experience is preferred but not essential — attitude, reliability, and willingness to develop are more important.A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities
Assisting lead fitters with window and door installationsSupporting general site tasks and preparationHandling and moving materials safelyBasic handyman and carpentry assistanceKeeping work areas clean and organisedWorking in occupied residential propertiesCommunicating politely and professionally with customers on site
