Answering customer calls and emailsProcessing customer orders and preparing paperworkBooking couriers and arranging deliveriesRaising purchase orders and communicating with suppliersReceiving and checking incoming stockUpdating customer, order and stock information on our systemsPicking and packing customer ordersPreparing orders for courier, pallet delivery or collectionHelping customers when they collect from usSupporting warranties and returnsKeeping the warehouse organised, tidy and efficientHelping prepare equipment for exhibitions, shows and eventsSupporting the wider Tuff-Trek team wherever needed
Who are we looking for?We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, friendly and proactive.You’ll need to be comfortable moving between the office and warehouse and happy working in a role that combines administration, customer service and practical tasks.You don’t necessarily need experience in every part of the role.
