You will act as a bridge between the management and the service team, ensuring the highest standards of the Food & Beverage department are upheld.Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of Waiters/Waitresses, assisting with duty schedules and daily operational tasks.Service Standards: Ensure all F&B service techniques and policies are followed consistently to exceed guest expectations.Guest Experience: Proactively handle guest requirements, complaints, or concerns with grace and professionalism to ensure total satisfaction.Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.Leadership & Culture: Foster a harmonious working environment through teamwork, motivation, and a caring approach to staff relations.Compliance: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming while ensuring the team adheres to all Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification is highly desirable.Communication: Excellent command of English is essential; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a significant advantage.Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.Attributes: A proactive leader who is passionate about luxury service and capable of inspiring a team.
