Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss / Growth of Food and Beverage business within the defined region.
Compiles reports for Director of Food & Beverage and Senior Director who shares with VP - Sales, VP - Business Development and General Sales Managers across the USA evaluating Food and Beverage Market performance.
Responsible for market forecasting, strategic plan for growth, monitors and reports on market penetration.
Trains, monitors and motivates the Territory Managers, Architectural Design & Engineering Reps and Area Managers to promote and sell into the Food and Beverage Market.
Responsible for National and Regional Accounts in the Region - could include main lead for Key Accounts.
Handle the key relationships for Food and Beverage accounts, Architectural Design and Engineering firms, and Design Build firms, along with Specialty Contractors in the region.
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.

RPM's Internal Audit Department performs annual internal control audits at the Company's largest worldwide locations in support of "Management's Assessment of Internal Control over Financial Reporting."
