The facility includes a busy emergency department, a level 3 close observation unit, a mental health unit, a renal dialysis unit, and an onsite clinical school. You will contribute to the continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient services, including the coordination of services, patient handover, and discharge planning during and after hospitalisation.
