Electronics Design Team Leader

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Team Leader to take technical and people leadership responsibility within a highly specialised power electronics environment. This role sits at the heart of the development of Power Feeding Equipment (PFE) used to power critical subsea communication systems, delivering ultra-high reliability over long operational lifetimes. You will play a key role in shaping the low-voltage (LV) side of next-generation power converter designs, while leading and growing a small but highly skilled hardware design team. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing deep technical ownership (~60%) with team leadership and stakeholder management (~40%).
