Main Duties
The post holder will provide support to a range of financial support services including transactional processing, for Academies across the Trust and the Central Support Team. Duties will include:
The use of the Trust's financial management systems to undertake all financial administration.
Support the placing of orders, including supplier maintenance and selection.
The processing of invoices for payments.
Assist in dealing with supplier queries.
Adhering to and implementing the principles and procedures ensuring compliance with all Trust financial procedures and regulations.
Dealing with staff within Academies across the Trust.
Undertake any administrative tasks, commensurate with the grade as part of a flexible team.
The post holder will be expected to work constructively as part of a team and to co-ordinate and take an active part in the delivery of the Trust Finance strategy.

Aged 16-18: Apprentices who do not hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths must study towards and achieve this during their apprenticeship. Funding is available.
Aged 19+: There is no mandatory requirement to complete Level 2 English and maths. However, apprentices or employers may opt-in for the apprentice to study towards an English and maths qualification if they don't already have an equivalent qualification, with funding available if they choose to do so.
Apprentices who do not provide a suitable Level 2 English certificate, and do not hold an appropriate English language equivalent qualification from this list, will also need to provide an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) result that is dated within the last two years. To implement and uphold the policies, procedures and codes of practice of the School, including those relating to customer care, finance, data protection, ICT, health & safety, anti-bullying and safeguarding/child protection
To take a proactive approach to health and safety, working with others in the school to minimise and mitigate potential hazards and risks, and actively contribute to the security of the school, e.g. challenging a stranger on the premises
To participate and engage with workplace learning and development opportunities to continually improve your own performance and that of the team/school, subject to the school training plan
To attend and participate in relevant meetings as appropriate
To undertake any other additional duties commensurate with the grade of the post

Any successful apprenticeship who demonstrates the ability and necessary skills to carry out the role of a SEND TA to a high standard, would be considered for any permanent vacancy that may arise in the school
