Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Support Specialist:
- Market analysis of trends relevant to the companys industry offering.
- Compile a database of competitors and information on their movements.
- Supply recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on analysis of trends and innovations.
- Create required company documentation (datasheets, compliance reports, white papers, etc.)
- Book and set up commercial training for staff members within the business.
- Manage and maintain company website and shared drives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international sales teams.
Experience required as Commercial Support Specialist:

Qualifications & Training Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy
Current registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is desirable.

Must have experience to at least a Band 6 level.
Specialist knowledge and experience in application of clinically reasoned, safe, and evidenced based techniques, assessments, management plans and outcome measures in relevant clinical area of neurorehabilitation and neurological physiotherapy.
Extensive postgraduate experience in neurorehabilitation at senior level within the UK (Private or NHS) is essential.
Experience in tracheostomy management, acute neurological such as acute stroke will be essential.
It’s desirable to have ICU rehabilitation experience.
Experience of splinting in a neurological setting

You’ll be able to work independently and part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing, treating and managing your own caseload and provide highly specialist neurorehabilitation physiotherapy care.
Working within the wider therapy team covering acute neurological rehabilitation areas.
The role will focus on service delivery of a high quality, robust and highly effective therapy provision to neurorehabilitation inpatient areas.
Educate and deliver expert training to other physiotherapist professionals.

Dealing with claims and incoming telephone enquiries received from customers, dealerships and the end users and providing a consistently superior customer service levels at all times by meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations. Duties:
To ensure all telephone claims are processed proactively and efficiently within the limits of authority and in line with company policy and ensure claimants are informed of the status of the claim - where a claim is rejected or adjusted.
