Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Work in the Research & Development Laboratory Fire Resistance Testing Group, testing and evaluating fireproofing product applied to test articles. Reports directly to the Lab Manager.
Essential Functions:
Handle and prepare all test samples for product application (welding, capping, thermocouple installation, etc.). Able to properly handle large scale test samples (W-flange beams and columns, hollow steel sections, angles, channels, corrugated steel decking, etc.). Able to learn rigging techniques of steel samples for proper storage and handling. Install test samples into large scale furnace following proper safety and laboratory procedures. Perform testing of samples per nationally and internationally recognized test standards. Evaluate results and report them accordingly to Lab Manager or more senior personnel. Remove all test articles from furnace after testing. Keep area clean and organized at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-year college, or minimum 2 years fabrication/welding shop experience. Welding/Fabricating Skills: Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, including but not limited to, cutting and brazing using Oxy-Acetylene torch and plasma cutter.
Desired Qualification:
Knowledge of welding techniques, including but not limited to, gas metal arc welding (MIG) and shield metal arc welding (Stick). Tungsten inert gas (TIG) not required; however, a plus. Certified Welder certificate not required; however, a plus Proof of welding skills will be required as a pre-requisite for position consideration.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 100 pounds; exposure to chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, Silicates, and certain inorganic compounds. Personal protective equipment will be utilized as required by internal lab procedures. Must pass annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test as required by OSHA. We are seeking technicians who will be responsible for the technical uptime of our electric Remotely Operated Vehicles (eROVs) and USV’s within the European and African region.
You will support project mobilisations, equipment installation, equipment calibrations, equipment maintenance and technical fault finding. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to work hands on with the remote equipment underpinning the transition from conventional survey to remote and uncrewed survey.
Travel to project sites will be required for maintaining eROV systems, launch and recovery equipment, vessel mounted survey sensors and servicing of the vessel itself ensuring that components are operational to conduct investigation and inspections in accordance with the project deliverables.

The role
As a Senior Pilot Technician you will assist the Supervisor in the smooth operation and maintenance of the Remotely Operated Vehicle System.
Coordinate planned maintenance schedules for ROV, TMS, LARS and all associated equipment and tooling.
Assess weather conditions and operational parameters for safe Launch/Recovery and ROV operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
I&C engineer and supported by I&C technician team. Responsible for the design and review of all I&C equipment and instruments for the Plant. Explore solutions to production problems or improve efficiency with maintenance and operators. Run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes, and become familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Work and coordinate activities with the other engineering disciplines, Process, Project and Environmental. Prepare, review and/or approve of instrument specification data sheets and submit purchase requisitions for approval. Prepare equipment lists, instrument index, I/O lists. Review process flow diagrams and piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs). Meet with plant technical staff to discuss technical information and features. Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Participate in failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and Process Hazard analysis (PHA) to consider equipment, personnel, and environmental safety. Knowledge of capital approval process and project justification required. Be involved in the design and development of equipment and work procedures. Be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating process hazard analysis. Ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. Takes responsibility for I&C Engineering Change Management system. Coordinate and approve all sample submissions of new products and engineering changes through the Product Development Program. Assists in identifying the root causes of a problem and instituting corrective action such as changes to batch sheets, generation of Engineering Change Requests, changes in workstations, changes to inspection analyses and changes to process procedures. Provide recommendations to improve procedures that apply to quality and operations functions. Be responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production. Review quality trends based on quality data system information and interaction with production personnel and participate in the generation and implementation of defect-reduction programs. Investigate quality improvement opportunities and complaints with Director, Plant Manager and Research and Development. Prepare for and represent the company during all ISO and related audits. Review all design drawings and changes, process procedures, test procedures, procurement documents, and inspection analyses to ensure that the divisions and customers quality requirements are met on assigned products, programs, areas, and functions. Provide support to maintenance and operation group including visual aids and inspection analyses.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Preferred, 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electrical Schematic and panel layout design using CAD (preferably AutoCAD Electrical) experience. Experience in the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS) based controls systems. Expertise in National Electrical Code requirements in industrial facilities and hazardous locations. Proven understanding of integrating instrumentation with data acquisition hardware. Proficiency with electrical diagnostic equipment. Familiar with industrial sensors and actuators; pressure, temperature, accelerometers, motor controllers, flow meters, relays, strain gauges, valves, and pumps. Strong technical and non-technical writing and verbal skills Able to work in the United States without sponsorship. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and/or scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job requires exposure to the following environmental conditions: Daily exposure to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequent exposure to working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, working in high, precarious places, outdoor weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level for this job is loud. This job is located at a Chemical Plant. Evaluate hazardous processes and chemicals such as caustic, ammonia, and solvent. Wages: From $88K to $120K per year.
This position is 15% bonus eligible.
