Our client based in Tunbridge Wells is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. If you are a proactive Maintenance Surveyor who takes pride in your work, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out general surveying duties including inspections of occupied and void properties

Our client based in South Wales is currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works / Housing Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible on an ongoing contract.
This is a full time, temporary position for an initial 3 - 6 months period and the ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field and experience as a Surveyor in a social housing environment.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the provision of an efficient repairs and maintenance service and the delivery of associated housing management service.
Contribute to improvements to the housing stock and delivery of associated housing services including contractor monitoring. To carry out internal and external surveys of Housing properties and provide technical advice and support to relevant managers. Ensure the delivery of site works in accordance within approved standards, specifications and schedules associated with WHQS and HRO.
Key responsibilities:
Record and refer any issues identified relating to property conditions or tenancy conditions
Take and report any defects to the housing stock and process any work relating to resolving these defects.
Identify tenant damage and unauthorised tenant alterations and provide technical assistance where required.
Post inspect work as required and ensure that it conforms to departmental and contractual standards and in full compliance with all relevant legislation, completing customer satisfaction surveys when required.
Assist in the implementation of a programme for planned improvement works and preventative maintenance.

Our Client based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, permanent role with the ideal candidate possessing extensive Surveying knowledge and experience ideally for / on behalf of a Social Housing Provider.
The role involves surveying customer homes and communal spaces. You will be working alongside our residents and leaseholders taking ownership of ensuring that repairs are managed end to end and to manage issues and complaints that arise before, during or after works.
You will have surveying experience, preferably in Social Housing. You can carry out building diagnostics and have a working knowledge of the Schedule of rates. You will have an understanding of root cause and solution for damp and mould and be able to identify Asbestos. A great communicator, you will be confident in using Microsoft Office and producing clear reports on your findings. Our Clients next Surveyor will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and within budget. Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required.
What do you need to do the role?
A proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
A working knowledge of Schedule of Rates.
The ability to give great customer service to all of the alliance homes stakeholders
A Formal Building qualification such as a RICs accredited course, BSC, HNC, HND or working towards one.
Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices inclusive of Construction design management
Confident using IT such as Microsoft packages and Outlook.
Experience of working with asset management, leasehold, response repairs, empty homes and programmed works.
Experience of identifying Asbestos.
Awareness of HHSRS risks
Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
A full driving licence.
