As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial concept and planning through implementation and successful completion. Working closely with customers, internal teams, experienced colleagues and external partners, you will coordinate timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track.
You will act as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, leading project meetings, providing regular progress reports and ensuring risks, challenges and potential solutions are clearly communicated. You will also play an important role in coordinating complex audiovisual, software and network installations, ensuring that everything comes together smoothly and meets the required quality, safety and contractual standards.
The ideal candidate will have a technical or business-related degree, HAK/HTL qualification or equivalent, alongside some professional experience in project management. Experience within audiovisual technology, simulation solutions or technical projects would be particularly advantageous, as would familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
Most importantly, you will bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to take genuine ownership of projects. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently with customers, colleagues and external partners. Occasional travel to customer sites will also be required.
