The Role
As Process Supervisor, you will oversee the complete tool setting process, ensuring all tools are correctly prepared, maintained, and available to meet production demands. Carry out colour changes and support training of production colleagues
Present First Off and Last Off parts for quality inspection
Ensure routine safety checks and maintenance around machine areas are completed

About You
You will be a hands-on, proactive supervisor with strong technical knowledge and a passion for developing both people and processes.You will ideally have:
Proven tool setting experience within injection moulding and ideally blow moulding environments
A keen interest in developing blow mould expertise to support both personal and business growth
A Level 2 qualification in Polymer Processing or an industry-recognised equivalent
Familiarity with Engel, Negri Bossi, and KraussMaffei IMM machinery, plus Sepro robotics (desirable)
An overhead crane licence (advantageous, but not essential)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
