The role • Providing ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognising, and flagging key trends• Create, monitor and maintain dialling strategies to support changing business needs• Effectively communicate any areas of potential risks around data volumes/quality• Ensure all dialler and real-time MI is accurate, timely and effective and comes with insight, not just information• Work closely with key stakeholders to measure on-the-day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments• Create and analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations, applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias• Create selections and data flows for campaigns in campaign management platform alongside Customer Marketing Managers, leading on data integrity and ensuring QA• Build easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to track spot and share trends

The business offers design, installation and commissioning of plants to meet effluent discharge consents, based in Cheshire, the role of Technical Sales Manager can be performed remotely / from home.

The role of the Technical Sales Manager is to identify, develop and then secure sales. The core skills required will be to be able to take ownership of customer relationships, understand issues that customers are experiencing in the effluent treatment process and then offer cost effective solutions that achieve the discharge consents. It is then key to ensure that these opportunities are developed into sales and then effective handover takes place to the delivery team. To ensure the longer term relationship with the customer is maintained then the Technical Sales Manager will also have a significant part in the maintenance of the relationship with the customer to the point of commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities/ Requirements
Technical
Initial concept design, to include process to be adopted, equipment identification and sizing, works location and specification.
Production of process flow diagram.
Client liaison and scheduling of works.
Direction of technical matters through direct input or by delegation to others during contract delivery.
Aid the Directors in monitoring and control of technical resources.
Sales
Business development including identification of new clients, new areas of work and nurturing existing client relationships and securing tender enquiries.
Tendering and sales.

Presentations to prospective clients both in the UK and on occasion abroad.
Raise awareness within the wider industry of the technical capabilities of the business, by attending and participating in working groups, conferences, seminars.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations. This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200M+, project management from design through startup, and providing long range technical planning and strategies for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation. Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Design, recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Provide cross functional project management across key areas including RD&E, Finance, Marketing, & with other Rust-Oleum locations Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team. This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations to day to day operations and capital project work. This includes writing appropriate procedures, conducting Change Management paperwork, knowing and applying electrical and hazard codes, signing off on Hot Work and Confined Space, correctly using contractor safety guidelines, and timely equipment inspections/certifications. Frequent interface with plant personnel, operators, coordinators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred. Industrial and Electrical Engineers with hands-on mechanical & chemical experience will also be considered. 7+ years of engineering job experience. Good project management, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high level of initiative. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, in project and people management in a continuous improvement environment in the areas of production, safety, quality and Lean manufacturing principles.
