Partner with the South Africa Centre of Recruiting Excellence to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions
Assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles
Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including managing applicant tracking systems and scheduling interviews
Work flexibly to accommodate US and Canadian clients, with occasional adjusted hours 1-2 days per week
Complete the 15-month Recruiter Development Programme, gaining hands-on experience and professional certifications
