Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break

You will be required to:
Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers’ paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Delivery Checker’s will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator
Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
Ensure your own and the team’s KPI’s are met
Perform and document weekly supervision with each team member
Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback to each team member regarding
output and error rates

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback. Manage daily customer service operations, including order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution. Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ERP software and order management systems. Strong working knowledge of International Commercial Terms and other freight/logistics terminology Proficient with multitasking and working across multiple departments in multiple locations. A passion for delivering high-quality customer experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK. As an Independent Retail Stocktake Assistant, you will be required to drive independently to each shift.

The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
