JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.). This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors. Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications. Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement. Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e. pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Primary responsibility is for the management of offshore and ROC inspection operations and reporting offshore and on-shore (when required). The Inspection Coordinator may be required to assist in the contract tendering and negotiation phase and be expected to provide project specific procedures and schedules. The Marine Asset Integrity team encompasses individuals working both in office based and offshore roles as well as within our new state of the art Remote Operations Centre facility.
The Inspection Coordinator will report to the Inspection Manager onshore and will be responsible for ensuring regular communication with the client throughout the duration of the offshore phase of a project and will ensure that any changes to work scope are agreed and documented. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continually seeking to improve project performance thus assisting in maintaining a competitive edge for further development. This may include identification of new methods and technology and cost reductions. The successful candidate will need to work on offshore vessels and platforms in addition to our Remote Operations Centre facility.

Roles and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to:
Ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of ROV pipeline and structural inspection projects;
Ensure awareness, understanding and control of all inspection data acquisition hardware and software. Including but not limited to COABIS and NEXUS.
Ensure inspection equipment calibration procedures are followed or undertaken by 3rd parties;
Ensure fieldwork is efficiently planned; liaise with offshore Superintendent and clients to ensure all parties are fully informed of planned inspection activities including alternative contingency operations as required
Liaise with Superintendent (vessel ops) and create ROV dive plans for distribution to all pertinent personnel;
Ensure project reporting is properly managed, and delivered, in accordance with Company / Client specification, and document control parameters.

Extensive experience in a Coordinator or Senior Inspection Engineer role

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc). This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in coordination and collaboration with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases their market share of performed work to WTI. These areas include:
Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results
Personnel and process management
