As Process Safety Engineer you will be responsible for the safe, efficient identification and progress of all PSM issues/actions together with assisting in all HSE operations where necessary in support of the HSE Department and continually improve HSE performance and related activities on site.

Responsibilities of the Process Safety Engineer;

Drive action completion following assessments
Carry out basic consequence analysis using e.g., ALOHA
Provide technical information and be the “intelligent customer” when using 3rd parties for e.g., consequence analysis
Provide full basis of support package for any new major accident scenarios identified and review and update existing bases
Drive risk assessment reviews at the required frequency
Coach other chemical engineers in the assessment methodologies
Oversee and check the application of PSM elements during project design and development

As a Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include:
Taking clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews and the development of a therapeutic milieu
Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician to patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983)
Supervising the process of referral and admission including contributing to preadmission assessments of young people with other team members
Offering a psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to the assessment, formulation and treatment of young people
Contributing to management meetings and clinical governance meetings for the services provided at the hospital, and contributing to the development of service strategy
Contributing to in-house training programmes within the services and offering supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, particularly junior medical staff
Maintaining CPD and re-validation requirements, as determined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists or other relevant statutory bodies
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience of working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties
Knowledgeable of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, along with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity
A first-rate communicator who can interview, assess & treat patients & write clear, comprehensive medical notes

The Job: An Exciting Opportunity has arisen for a DME, Reporting to the Sales Director and part of theSales Team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the digital marketing strategies with the view to generating quantifiable sales results and enhancing brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Digital Marketing Strategy to drive sales revenues and achieve our business objectives.
Responsibility and ownership of our digital channels.
Develop creative, engaging, high-quality content with a consistent look and professional voice.
Collaborate with our sales team to shape messaging and execute targeted digital campaigns that deliver quantifiable sales results.
Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide timely actionable feedback.

Requirements:
· Marketing, Business or Social Media Marketing Degree.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
· Proven experience in designing and driving effective digital marketing campaigns that delivered quantifiable sales results.
· Excellent grasp of social media, SEO, website metrics & best practices.
· Full driving license required.
· Second language is a benefit but not a requirement.
· A team player possessing the ability to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organisation.
· Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and organised.
· A passion for digital marketing.
· Ability to think outside the box and implement new ideas.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create dynamic written content.
