We are seeking to appoint a part-time, permanent Contracts Administrator.The role of the Contracts Administrator is to provide all of the non-technical support needed by the consultant who is acting as Project Manager, from the point at which the client go-ahead is received until our invoices have been paid and the project closed. The fundamental role of the Contracts Administrator in the success of the project is recognised by the whole team. Core responsibilities:
Order acknowledgement.Opening client file (e-file).Scheduling of project team members.Invoice scheduling.Purchasing, including where appropriate, travel and hotel requirements.Controlling field equipment, purchase, calibration, issue.Processing time sheets and expenses claims.Preparing and issuing client invoices.Issuing statements/credit control.Monitoring the order bank, work-in-progress, turnover, project status, etc.Processing monthly payroll and pension paymentsOverseeing book-keeping software.Assisting with the collation of data for monthly team meetings.Other support activities.
Qualifications & Skills

An exciting Opportunity has arisen for a Shift Engineer to work for a Manufactures in Kildare, to ensure plant and machinery is operating in an efficient and correct manner
Responsibilities:
Work closely with both Shift Manager and the Engineering Department to carry out any servicing, repairs and maintenance to agreed and accepted Company standards, and to enable production on the machines to meet agreed performance standards, and quality of product to be manufactured within specification.
Ensure the fast resolution of any problems, and to ensure safety, optimize machine efficiency and minimize waste levels.
To participate in the cover system and to be flexible enough to work, out of contractual hours as necessary to fulfil the needs of your role to work away from the site if required.
To attend any courses or visits arranged as part of the development and training programme.
To co-operate with any trials or changes to working practices.
To suggest new projects or working practices to ensure continual improvement in health and safety, quality, performance and the general functioning of the site.
To carry out all Planned Preventative Maintenance on schedule, to agreed and accepted Company standards, and to comply with agreed safe working practices at all times.
To monitor the performance of the machinery and equipment, and to be pro-active in avoiding downtime by initiating and necessary improvement measures prior to failure.
To ensure that any routine day to day engineering tasks (e.g. breakdowns, servicing and maintenance work) are priorities to be agreed with the Shift Manager and/or Engineering Manager, as appropriate.
Repair any breakdown within the plant or site as requested.
To assist with production, improvements, projects and reconfigurations as required.
Problem solving and fault diagnosis on a range of equipment - blow moulding machines, air compressors, chillers, conveyors etc.
Knowledge of PLC operation and interrogation.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics with the ability to reseal and repair components.
To maintain correct levels of tooling and moulds/mould reports.
To carry out neck changes when required.
To monitor and correct cycle times.
To ensure tooling store is kept tidy.
Carry out heads strips and mould changes when required.
To carry out any reasonable request from the Manufacturing Manager/Engineering Manager.
Requirements:
Time served engineer
5 years relevant experience
ONC qualification
Demonstrate a hands-on results orientated approach
Practical understanding of PLC equipment
Ability to fault find with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics and electronics.
Understanding of plastics moulding equipment
HND/HNC/ degree level qualification
IT Skills (MS Office)

Service Care Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative in Doncaster to join the Property Services team working for a local Housing Association.This role will involve carrying out routine storing, picking, packing and distribution of goods, materials and equipment in the store which will be used for work carried out at sites around Doncaster.
The team have an established department covering all aspects of warehousing from Goods In/Out, Yard Work, Operating FLT Trucks, and Administration duties. As a Warehouse Operative within this team you will be responsible for;
Ensuring that all incoming goods to the warehouse are unloaded and match the relevant paperwork.
Sorting and placing items on to the correct racks, shelves and rotating stock according to established working procedures.
Accurately pick goods from the warehouse, to ensure that orders are ready for delivery or collection at the allotted time, which will include updating any relevant electronic or paper based information/systems/records.
Accurately return any unused materials or items to the correct location within the warehouse that are no longer needed from orders including updating any relevant paperwork/systems.
Performing warehouse inventory controls via electronic/digital means.
Report any damaged or missing goods to Supervisors or the Warehouse Manager according to established working procedures.
Ensure that all items are stored safely in line with current standards laid down within health and safety legislation and in accordance with manufacturers’ requirements.
Carry out any stock takes and location checks as and when required.
Ensure that all documentation relating to the picking, storing and delivery of stock, tools and materials are systematically stored and are easily available for when the section is audited.
Undertake the duties of the Warehouse Assistant/Driver as and when the service requires which will include making deliveries and maintaining the safe movement of vehicles in and around the depot grounds.
Maintain the security of the Warehouse, Yard and any other containers that are managed by the team. This will include the unlocking and locking up of the depot, containers and yard as the service requires.
Ensure the safe movement of materials around the warehouse and yard. This will involve the use of a forklift vehicle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. For this role, you will need;
