As a Sports Coaching Apprentice with Essex Professional Coaching (EPC), you will support the delivery of engaging sport, physical activity and childcare programmes for children across primary schools, holiday clubs, football sessions and wraparound settings throughout Essex.
Working alongside experienced coaches and leaders, you will gain hands-on experience delivering PE lessons, after-school clubs, football coaching sessions and healthy lifestyle activities to children of all abilities. You will also support wraparound childcare provision before and after school and help create safe, engaging and inclusive environments for children to learn, move and grow.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our organisation as a Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This role sits within our classroom support team and plays a vital part in supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and thrive within the school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Premier line manager, class teachers, the SENCo and wider support staff to provide targeted support for pupils, either on a one-to-one basis or within small groups. The role is designed to combine practical, hands-on experience in school with structured apprenticeship training, enabling the apprentice to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to progress within education or SEND support.

The duties and responsibilities involved in this role will involve:
Embark on a rewarding journey combining practical on-the-job experience with theoretical knowledge to develop skills in accounting principles, procedures, and practices.
Work under the guidance of experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Develop a strong understanding of accounting software and systems used by the group
Pursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders on our database and then processing them
Reconciling supplier statements against purchase ledger records
Updating sales ledger and sending invoices and credit notes to customers
Verifying the accuracy of accounts records (from both sales and purchase perspectives) and identifying errors
Assisting the accounts manager with administrative duties to enable smooth preparation of VAT returns and yearly accounts
Liaising with customers and suppliers and dealing with invoicing disputes
Requirements:
A passion for accounting and a drive to succeed in the field
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Training:Training will be at North Lindsey College/ Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer. Block release/ Day release You will undertake the Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 standard. The Role

Work closely with complex medical and surgical specialties including transplant, neurology, cancer, and spinal services
Access dual-accredited opportunities with Child & Adolescent, Addiction, or Old Age Psychiatry
Participate in education programs, supervision, and exam support
Opportunities for research, medical student teaching, and service leadership

What We’re Looking For
Medical registration with AHPRA
Stage 3 Registrar in the RANZCP Fellowship Program
Commenced or intending to commence Advanced Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry

Interest in teaching, research, and service development
