To prepare special diets for service users/ residents as required.
To implement and maintain a deep cleaning schedule for the site.
To provide direct line management and supervision to the housekeeping/ cooking team, recording of sickness/absence records, annual appraisals, probationary supervisions, and all necessary documentations relating to line management or supervision etc.
