The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 10AM - 6PM. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 - 3 months. In this position, you will be expected to;- Hold a caseload of 10 key clients who are rough sleeping and experiencing multiple disadvantage; providing end-to-end holistic, coordinated support for each individual, from first contact in a street setting through to helping them to achieve a more settled and fulfilled lifestyle.- Agree goals with each case which are achievable, time measured and support the individual in rebuilding their life away from the street.- Conduct comprehensive assessment of need and risk for each case, using effective tools and recording methods and sharing information with partner agencies where appropriate.- Work alongside existing Camden and Islington Services and utilise their specialist knowledge, experience, training and contacts to build and develop collaborative networks within the rough sleeping sector- Work with Chain verified rough sleepers, or those at risk of rough sleeping who have a high level of street activity in Camden or Islington. Referrals will be taken from Camden Routes Off the Street team and from the referral's coordinator within Islington Council.- Work with and share information with forums in Camden and Islington, which support rough sleepers and work collaboratively with delivery structures in both boroughs.- Work flexibly to the needs and patterns of the cohort. This will entail some street-based work alongside outreach teams and may contain some occasional weekend work with the agreement of the manager.- Work with specialist teams commissioned by LBC, LBI from the Rough Sleeping Initiative to support rough sleepers in the borough. As a Digital Energy Technical Apprentice, some of your responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Project & Services Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of projects and services. Design, implement, and optimise a range of digital solutions to help customers to achieve their net-zero carbon sustainability targets. Work on building control systems, power distribution systems, energy monitoring systems, data analytics platforms, and energy management software.
Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their energy needs and develop solutions that support their sustainability goals and operational requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital energy solutions, ensuring smooth operation and addressing customer concerns.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret energy consumption data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of project and service activities, data analysis, and customer interactions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Training:During your apprenticeship, you will receive two types of training.
On-the-job training will be delivered by Schneider Electric, your employer. You’ll receive training and supervision to help you perform your role. This will include skills and knowledge that are outside of the apprenticeship but necessary for the job. In addition to ‘on-the-job’ training, they will support you in other ways to ensure your success. Types of support will include:

Key Responsibilities:
The Administrator role provides an efficient and effective apprenticeship recruitment service to employers in order to support the growth of the City of Wolverhampton College’s apprenticeship and industrial placement/work experience provision. The role is office-based and requires significant engagement with colleagues in the Employer Engagement & Business Development Team as well as the wider Apprenticeship and Curriculum delivery teams.
Support the office on a day-to-day basis to ensure that it runs effectively and efficiently. This will include dealing with enquiries (telephone, email, text and post), scheduling appointments and maintaining files and equipment
Assisting with monitoring and evaluation, including data entry into various tracking tools (SPARC and OnTrack) and databases (EBS), as well as monitoring the progress and validating the data entry
Monitoring and completing health and safety risk assessments, and ensuring insurance confirmation is in place with employers prior to work experience and apprenticeships
Maintain a diary of events for the team including on and off campus activities, resolving clashes and taking responsibility for rescheduling events when necessary in consultation with relevant staff
Handling routine financial procedures including raising invoices (via unit4), processing expenses forms and purchasing card transactions. Liaising with the other departments when queries arise
Promoting the College’s apprenticeship offer at local and regional networking events including schools, job fairs, open evenings and sector specific event, as required
To keep up-to-date with relevant labour market information (LMI) and trends in apprenticeship recruitment to identify the potential for new relationships and continue to develop services accordingly
To use and populate relevant employer relationship management systems and record details of all contacts and interactions, and working collaboratively with cross-departmental colleagues
To positively support colleagues in the Employer Engagement & Business Development Team and the wider teams with activities and events throughout the year, using every opportunity to promote the services to students, employers and other stakeholders, and to meet shared team objectives
To maintain detailed awareness of City of Wolverhampton College’s provision, to promote both the benefits and responsibilities to employers
