JOB PURPOSE:
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and driving profitable and sustainable growth for the following Industrial distributors- Ferguson Enterprises, Vallen & Northern Tool & Equipment. You will also be tasked with maintaining and developing strong relationships with all levels and functions within the accounts and Rust-Oleum to assure growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively assess each sales opportunity, develop, and execute a winning strategy that is highly focused on maintaining and growing sales dollars and profit. Become a resource and advocate to Ferguson, Vallen & Northern Tool & Equipment to grow our partnership and overall business by acting as the central conduit to link all the necessary departments and people internally and externally. Work hand in hand with your accounts on analyzing the current product assortments, identify product gaps & present to secure product placement. Develop strategic programs and then communicate with the Field Sales team on executing.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years sales and account management experience Proven successful sales history Thorough understanding of Power BI, SAP, PowerPoint, P&L excel function. Our Dryvit EHS Intern will work in conjunction with the Plant Manager, EHS Manager and others to promote a Safety First culture by supporting and driving this culture in the Tremco CPG - Dryvit facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, evaluate and update three key safety programs. Haz-Com, update with GHS verbiage, change MSDS to SDS, check inventory key is current etc. LOTO, annual review, revise/review Appendix A etc. PPE, annual review, revise/review all PPE hazard assessment certifications. Participate in facility audits and Gemba walks. Prepare Root Cause Analysis reports for incidents as assigned. Conduct and/or participate in meetings, communicating information or collaborating on site-specific projects. Learn and understand our MS168 process. Interact with plant staff and senior leaders as part of the daily, weekly, monthly tier meeting cadence. Participate in EHS-related projects as assigned. Assis in ensuring full-compliance with all site-specific EHS requirements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety program or related field at an accredited college or university. Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience is necessary, requires the propensity for learning, openness to training and a continuous improvement mindset.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Monitor and track the usage of materials throughout the production process and conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to production schedules and material utilization targets to meet customer order expectations. Utilize CAD software to accurately capture field dimensions and translate them into precise design specifications for panels. Develop detailed and accurate 2D drawings for fabrication tickets, providing clear and comprehensive instructions for the production team. Prepare accurate cut sheets to optimize material cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency in the production process. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Convert CAD drawings into Alpha CAM files suitable for CNC machines, ensuring seamless translation of design specifications into the manufacturing processes and instructions. Review and understand shop drawings and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with specifications and design criteria. Collaborate with sales, operations, and others to answer questions, address uncertainties and earn complete customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION:

Key Focus and Responsibilities of a Project manager:

Report and escalate as appropriate on project status to the business, internal and external customers
Maintain business and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Business Systems (SAP)

Strong project management skills and proven experience in the delivery of manufacturing programmes, ideally within a Defence environment
Mechanical engineering background
