Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
KHR are supporting a bespoke agency based in Kings Hill who are looking to hire a highly organised and driven Recruitment Resourcer on a full-time permanent basis.
The primary role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to find and place suitable candidates into permanent, contract, and temporary assignments for their dedicated client base in the construction/ fit-out space.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Fully understanding client requirements
- Acting as the point of contact for the established client base
- Writing and posting adverts
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Booking workers onto temp, contract and perm jobs
- Ensuring all compliance and eligibility checks are completed
- Completing all administrative tasks required
Candidate Profile:
- Previous resourcing/recruitment experience
- Be organised and efficient
- Be a confident and clear communicator
- Driven and motivated

In your role as a recruitment Resourcer you will sourcing candidates for our Health care division and following the candidate through the on boarding process. Communication is key, as is a passion for candidate engagement.
Experience is not necessary but it's essential that you have a real can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills. As a recruitment Resourcer, you will have 121 support and a comprehensive training programme. This is a permanent opportunity and can be your first step into the world of recruitment.
This is a hybrid role (after probation) with a level of flexibility with starting hours.

Your role:
Create and Post Job Adverts
Source, pre-screen and register new candidates.
Receiving Inbound and making outbound Calls
Supporting candidates through compliance and the on boarding process
Obtaining candidate documents and completing pre placements checks
Supporting administrative tasks for the recruitment team
