Taking ownership of tracking live/hot candidates on an ongoing basis to ensure the information regarding these candidates is as accurate and up to date as possible
Daily searches of job boards for relevant candidates to be registered

Build and maintain a client database

Formatting CV’s on Microsoft Word
Managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM- Infinity) system adding clients and candidates and maintaining files
Meeting and greeting visitors, showing them where to go, providing refreshments
Any other duties as required for the smooth running of the business
Training Outcome:
There is the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship with progression into a Resourcer and subsequently a Recruitment Consultant

This apprenticeship is delivered entirely on-the-job, with no college day release required
You will learn directly from experienced team members while gaining practical skills in a real working environment

Regular reviews and check-ins will be provided to track your progress and ensure you stay on target
