Qualify and shortlist candidates against job vacancies
Assist with recruitment and selection process
Identify and attract candidates through company social media platforms and job boards
Write, place, update and monitor job adverts in line with company procedure
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
Accurately record, update and maintain candidate and client records on internal recruitment database
Achieve agreed KPI's and targets
Provide first line support for all enquiries
Maintain and uphold company standards, branding and principles
Format candidates CVs in line with company branding and guidelines
Utilise database information in line with relevant legislation and best practice

Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

13-months training at the employer's location

Permanent position for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship

Using a variety of online tools and technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Use of online platforms to source applicants for vacancies
Telephone screening candidates to establish if they are either suited to a role or looking for opportunities
Developing job and personal specifications, preparing job advertisements
Shortlist candidates on the telephone initially to determine suitability
Completing competency tests and assisting new starters with registration documentation also arranging induction and training
Liaising with different departments, including payroll, to ensure payroll accuracy
Maintaining a customer-focussed attitude on duties and responsibilities to ensure the needs of clients are identified and met
Answering incoming calls and inputting information onto the company database
Booking in candidates for interviews at different companies
Learn to independently recruit candidates, check IDs and ensure compliance measures are adhered to
Meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional results

Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain and update internal systems and databases with accurate information
Prepare and process documentation in line with company procedures
Support reporting activities and ensure records are compliant and up to date
Assist consultants with candidate resourcing, including searching for candidates and reviewing CVs
Format CVs and candidate profiles to a high standard

Main Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking
Make outbound calls to engage with potential candidates for active vacancies
Write and post compelling job adverts aligned with the M&E sectors Rubix specialises in
Build and maintain a talent pipeline across areas such as Electrical, Solar & EV, Smart Metering, Plumbing & Heating, and Building Services
Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and role suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and consultants
Manage candidate compliance by gathering documentation and verifying information
Administration & Database Management
Update CRM systems with accurate candidate information
Ensure all recruitment activity is documented in line with internal processes
Support consultants with preparing CV submissions and shortlists
Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing updates and feedback
Build rapport with new applicants and maintain ongoing communication
Promote Rubix M&E’s values and service standards in all interactions
Salary Increase Scheme - Rubix M&E operates a clear, performance driven salary progression structure designed to reward consistency, growth, and success in the role.
Base Starting Salary: £16,000
Performance Review Cycle: Every 3 months
Requirement: To qualify for each salary increase, the Resourcer must hit their monthly target for all 3 months within the review period.
Salary Progression Path:
The salary progression works as follows:
Start: £16,000
After 3 months (if targets were hit each month): Salary increases to £21,000
After 6 months (if targets were hit each month): Salary increases to £24,000
After 9 months (if targets were hit each month): Salary increases to £27,000
This scheme allows new starters to significantly increase their earnings within the first year based purely on consistent performance.Training:
