Role summary –
This company is looking for a Cemeteries Officer to manage all day-to-day aspects of the Cemeteries and Burials Service ensuring that all burials and memorial installations take place in accordance with the companies policy and legal requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining burial records and databases relating to Cemeteries and Open Spaces, ensuring health and safety inspections have occurred and are filed prior to an internment or memorial inspection, and advising the Open Spaces Officer with the progression of the company’s policy, schemes, and regulations regarding Cemetery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Cemeteries and Burial Service and inform the Open Spaces Officer in developing strategies for improving service delivery, customer satisfaction and future Cemetery provision.
Maintain financial aspects relating to Cemeteries, including taking payments and maintaining records.
Design and maintain appropriate databases and produce system reports.
Maintain appropriate pages of NFDC website, ensuring consistency with Cemetery Regulations and communications policy.
Ensure development and maintenance of paper and ICT systems to meet current and future needs of the Service, maintaining performance and statistical information as requested.
Research, develop and utilise knowledge gained in the application of burial and exhumation legislation and will advise members of the public, Elected Members, Funeral Directors and outside Professionals on burial and memorial related matters.
Requirements:
Good level of general education equivalent to at least 3 GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English at level C or above.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle enquiries and the bereaved with respect and in an appropriate manner.
An experienced administrator with at least 3 years' experience within a customer services environment.
Competent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access.
Current driving licence.

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:
Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical and social needs
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Able to write Care Plans
Able to show Empathy and warmth

The role will report into the EMEA/ APAC IT Data Centre/Operations Manager, serving as technical experts and participate in or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware and software products in an information technology infrastructure environment. The role is broadly split between providing day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services or EOL activities. The role will also have the following responsibilities:
Direct research on potential technology solutions.
Keep current with the latest technologies.
Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
Benchmark, analyse, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the Regional IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Providing support, monitoring and maintenance of UK Data Centre and other EMEA site infrastructure and services for remote associates.
Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure software platforms, including but not limited to client operating systems, networking, messaging, reporting platforms and all other software-based systems.
The ideal Senior Technical Analyst, Infrastructure Services, based in the Cheshire area, will have previous experience within a similar role, along with:
Strong, proven Cisco networking hands-on skills.
Knowledge of Windows client O/S and infrastructure platforms in an enterprise environment to include –
O Image deployment
O Virtualisation (VMware)
O Data Protection (Veeam)
O BAU & troubleshooting
O MFA configuration
O Disk encryption technologies
O Patching
Knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory.
