Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. During the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support, development and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to qualify and have a successful career in dental nursing.
Your daily activities could include:
Assisting the dentist in providing safe and effective treatments to patients, from simple check-ups to advanced specialist treatments
Providing patients with a high level of care
Setting up and cleaning surgery

During your working day, the dental practice will support you with learning the practical skills required, whilst your training provider (Aspiration Training) will teach you the theory side. Your study will be based online with regular teaching and 1-2-1 sessions. Off the job training will be given throughout your apprenticeship during paid working hours.Training:The apprenticeship provides employment and training within a dental practice to study the Level 3 dental nurse apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is designed to teach the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to ensure competency in all aspects of clinical duties including:
