Shift Pattern:
8 hours shifts - Rotating Monday to Friday shifts (days, afternoons, nights) with reduced hours on the Fridays:
Day/Afternoon shifts: 6 hours on Fridays
Night shift: 6 PM to midnight
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role that requires electrical qualifications and expertise, but you should also be aware that a large portion of the work is mechanical. You will need to be flexible and enthusiastic about mechanical tasks, as they are an integral part of the role.
Lead a team of technicians in maintaining industrial services (e.g., plant and production lines, boilers, refrigeration systems, waste handling, and water treatment processes).
Perform both electrical and mechanical preventive and reactive maintenance.
Supervise the prioritisation and execution of planned maintenance activities, collaborating with production teams and other stakeholders.
Use fault-finding skills to continuously improve asset performance and reliability.
Manage shift engineering coverage and lead team development.
Support and improve manufacturing operations through both mechanical and electrical tasks.
