The Recruitment Resourcers role directly impacts the sales performance and profitability of the business. It is a target-driven sales role focusing on filling new roles that are supplied to the company on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for researching (sourcing), attracting and shortlisting sourcing candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
Contacting candidates to qualify their suitability for the roles, build a rapport and sell the job whilst ascertaining suitability. This will entail you building up a pipeline of candidates who you have submitted to the roles and regularly checking the status.
In addition, you will be expected to hit targets and KPIs to ensure that your actions fully support the business operational requirements in line with the company brand and vision, policies, code of conduct and organisational culture.

A spin-out Biotech company, based in Cambridge, is currently hiring several Senior Mechanical Engineers to join them and help accelerate the proof of concept, design, development, building, and testing of a novel life-saving biotech manufacturing device.
Your focus will be accelerating the proof of concept, design, development, building, and testing of the hardware of this new biotech device, collaborating with some excellent Medical Devices Physicists, Scientists, Electronics Engineers, and Design Engineers.
This role involves working on the design and development of this biotech manufacturing device, using 3D CAD. Therefore, specific CAD experience will be essential, ideally SOLIDWORKS.
We need senior-level candidates, someone who has worked on mechatronics, automation, robotics, precision devices or another complex electro-mechanical technology.

The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Leader or Store Management. You will be able to work at a fast pace to an excellent standard for our retail partners.
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of pictured diagrams.
Adjusting shelf heights.
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Store support where necessary.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
