Training Outcome:Successful completion of this apprenticeship should lead to a full-time position as a trained painter and decorator. As an Adult Care apprentice, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care to individuals living in a Barchester home or hospital.
