Our client is an established technology business delivering web-based software solutions. They are looking to hire an Application Support Specialist with strong QA experience to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of their applications.
This role is primarily focused on manual testing, defect management, and application support. You will play a key part in validating releases, identifying issues, and working closely with development teams to ensure fixes are delivered and verified efficiently. There will also be opportunities to gain exposure to AI-driven tools and initiatives as part of ongoing platform development.
What you’ll need:
• 2+ years’ commercial QA experience • Strong manual testing experience (test cases / structured testing)• Experience logging and managing defects• Clear documentation skills• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, charts)
Exposure to SQL, API testing, automation, or Agile environments would be advantageous but not essential.

Our client is a revolutionary, AI-driven software company who are looking to hire a passionate QA Engineer with an AI mindset to generate, maintain, and triage test cases, as well as use AI-powered testing agents to systematically reduce manual QA effort. The role will require someone to work closely with Developers and Product Owners for teamwide transparency of the QA strategy.
We require a QA Engineer with extensive experience in automated test frameworks and exposure to test orchestration platforms and CI/CD-integrated QA pipelines, such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Use of AI-tools and modern testing tools, such as Playwright, Selenium, xUnit, Cypress, etc. is expected, as is the ability to develop performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native SaaS products. Further proficiency in test coverage metrics, reduction of test instability (flakiness), and optimisation of test suite performance would be highly desirable, as would a familiarity with API testing and security testing.
