Regional Clinical Support ManagerChester │ up to £60k
Superheroes do what they do because it’s the right thing to do.
But I bet they love the feeling they get from saving the day.
As a Clinical Support Manager, so will you.
You’ll make the homes you handle your own, tweak and fix them your way, with proper support.
You’re creating standards with your name on. Having more impact on your landscape than the compliance box-tickers.
The difference between you and superheroes, though, is you’ll get a tasty remuneration package for your efforts.
Why work here?Superheroes don’t work alone – You’ll have the ops director and quality manager supporting you. Governance, auditing, and QA are off your plate, so you can focus on your job.
It’s a family-run setup. You’ll be looked after as such. And because you’re a big fish in a small pond, you get direct access to the decision makers. Pitch your ideas without red tape. Be the go-to, and get the respect that comes with it.
Plus, this is a growing enterprise. The home you’ll start at was only commissioned last year, and there’s more to come. Do well here and you can ride the growth. In fact, your performance could fuel the growth, so sky’s the limit.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll oversee the home managers from a clinical aspect, putting your expertise to use, with some troubleshooting and helping with commissioning.
You’ll travel between several sites in Cheshire and North Wales (you’ll need a car/licence).
The first six months, while you get up to speed, you’ll have one home as a “base”, putting the world to rights there, then taking what you’ve learned to the other sites.
You can get stuck in yourself, rather than bark orders from the sidelines. If a manager’s unavailable, you roll up your sleeves. Hero work.
What you’ll need
As it’s a clinical role, you’ll need that background – you’re either an RGN or RMN.
You must have had exposure to elderly nursing homes due to the unique challenges there.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, so you’ll need experience having managed a home before.
If you’ve already got multi-site experience, we’ll absolutely love you. But maybe you’re a hungry Home Manager who wants to step up into regional management. You’ll have the six months at the “base” home to prove yourself.
Save the dayWant to work somewhere where your problem-solving makes a difference you can see and revel in?
Hit apply. Send your CV (don’t worry if it’s not up to date, we’ll work on that) We’ll get back to you.
Any questions? Call Tim. You’ll get an honest answer.
Be a hero. Reap the rewards.....Read more...
