Quality Assurance

Product Assurance

- Participating in formal customer reviews (Design & Test related).
- Ensuring that manufacturing/assembly/testing processes comply with standards at internal/national and international levels.
- Interacting with customers and suppliers in Quality/Product Assurance matters.
- Supporting external project milestone reviews for all Product assurance-related aspects.
- Coordinating configuration control processes and managing configuration baselines.
Key Skills & Experience Required by the PA/QA Engineer:
- Engineering Degree level (preferable) with 4+ years of experience in Product Assurance/ Quality Assurance disciplines.
- Experience in working with quality standards such ISO 9001.
- Experience within the space domain with a working knowledge of ESA ECSS development and quality standards (for ground and/or flight product applications) would be an advantage.
- Experience in interacting with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

The Job: Excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a well-established Company
Responsibilities:
Work closely with and provide direct reporting to the Technical Manager/Director on
all required Technical Team works.
Provide high levels of Technical capability and Enterprise Level Remote and On-Site
Support.
Complete System builds and programming, including Server and Client Operating
System installations, SQL Server installations/configuration and application
installation programming and commissioning.
Manage Technical Projects and report back to the Technical Manager/Director with
project status on a daily basis.
Work alongside Project Managers at the planning stage to complete a programming
and commissioning plan/schedule.
Look at how the project is to be phased and planned, schedule efficient
programming and commission of each phase to completion.
Work with the Installation & Project engineers to ensure commissioning tasks are
completed to the necessary standard and assist with regular QA/QC throughout a
project
Play an active part in customer training and training of engineers from other teams,
e.g., installation engineers on required practices for client x.

Manage the programming and commissioning documentation for any project you
are involved in.
Attend Weekly Project Specific Meetings/Calls throughout each project and report
up to the Project Manager and Technical Manager/Director.
Assess areas that may cause technical issues and proactively manage how best to
reduce the impact on each project.
Be the main point of contact for the client on all technical aspects of each project.
Identify delays or additions to scope and report up to the Project Manager.
Work alongside the Project Manager and assist the Project Manager with raising
RFI’s on each project to ensure that all technical aspects have been reviewed or to
capture impact on scope changes.
Manage the technical element of the more complicated systems and licenses to
ensure that all technical visits are fully productive and the Project Manager has
provided the required info.
Ensure SSA information is captured and updated in the required documentation to
ensure SSA renewals are captured for all products.
Manage technical support telephone calls when required.
Requirements:
Have good knowledge of Server Operating Systems experience in using Server
2012/2016 & 2019.
Have good understanding of IPV4 TCP/IP networking, preferably with experience
configuring both L2 and L3 switches, VLAN’s and Firewall Rules.
Have experience in using Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017 and 2019
express and Full Editions, including manually creating, configuring SQL databases via
Enterprise Manager.

Purpose of Role:
We are currently looking for an ambitious Electrical Project Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of electrical design, construction, safety & client satisfaction. This role is based in Dublin.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake a full design review of drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with the applicable standards and industry guides. Ensure Works are installed in accordance with Project specifications and to the Project QA plan (namely pre-agreed benchmarking)
Responsible for developing engineering alternative solutions, including detailed calculations and sketches for client approval.
Familiarisation of Design/IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the scope of the Project works ensuring spec compliance and as per schedule priority. This will require generation/management of Requests for Information (RFI) for issuing to the client
Engineering software tools including, Dialux or Relux, Amtech Pro Design, Navisworks, BIM 360, Procore or similar.
Review of the co-ordinated construction drawings and documentation and prepare and monitor technical submittals for approval by the client.
Detailed review of specialist supplier packages for compliance with project specification, applicable industry standards and design intent specifications.
Prepare and monitor procurement schedule in conjunction with the procurement team
Review BCAR preliminary inspection plan and coordinate with the quality team. Monitor LEED and BREEAM requirements as directed.
Role Requirements:
A Level 7/8 Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Services Engineering or Building Services Engineering
3+ years’ experience in similar industry is desirable
Excellent IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office Packages.
Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and work to strict deadlines
Good knowledge of the current electrical, fire alarm and emergency lighting standards within Ireland.

Responsibilities
Provide process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production, and packaging functions to improve safety, and support the MS 168 continuous improvement process.
Production Support
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly
Capital Plan
Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant. Ensure completion of projects within budgets.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions. Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc. of all equipment. Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance
MS 168
Support the tier meeting process by the implementation and analysis of data collection and visual management systems.
Environmental Program reporting
Support the site's environmental program by assisting with reporting, compliance monitoring, and QA results in support of process engineering improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering 0 - 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment. Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience. Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process. Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's). PLC with ladder logic analysis. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.
