You will work with colleagues to make sure repair requirements are identified and understood and with wider stakeholders.
Duties will include Stock surveying and capturing data, condition surveys, estate management strategy etc.

THE CANDIDATE
You will have an HNC, BSc or MSc qualified or similar qualification in Building Surveying or similar.
You need to have experience of the following:-
Stock surveying doing stock condition surveys
Property surveys for property disrepair
Building Surveys and drawing up property specifications
Support programme delivery for safeguarding M&E components, heat decarbonisation plans, disrepair, fire safety
Survey and determine works required for defects
Quality assuring surveyor carried out by contractors and consultants
Provide technical advice on early property failure and building defects
Draft technical reports and detailed drawings
Produce cost forecasts based on agreed investment rates to support the commissioning of investment plant or option appraisals

They have offices in Germany and also work on projects elsewhere in the EU.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Building Surveyor at either Project Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor level.
You should be chartered with the RICS and have experience gained with a firm of chartered building surveyors or other multi discipline consultants.
You will have strong technical knowledge to perform a variety of duties with regards to Technical Due Diligence, Surveys and Report writing and project monitoring.
Any experience of project management would also be useful.
You must have a good understanding of the building process to be able to meet with clients and deal with their required project at all stages.
