Our community-based Pharmacy in Whitefield Manchester is hoping to recruit a determined individual as an Apprentice Pharmacy Dispensing Technician.
Duties include:
To proactively assist in growing the pharmacy script and patient services business
Dispensing Medications: Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products to patients, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and legal regulations
Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly branch goals are met
Medication Management: Maintain proper storage and handling of medications, including monitoring and managing stock levels, expiry dates, and recalls, and disposing of medications according to pharmacy protocols
Prescription Processing: Receive and interpret prescriptions from patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and processing them in compliance with pharmacy regulations
